With Toodledo you can:

Some functionality on Toodledo.com is not yet supported in the app. For example: Sharing and file attachments. We are working hard to bring these things (and more) to the app in future free updates.
Some features are only available on certain devices. For example: location alerts require an iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4 with iOS 4 or higher.

This update includes some nice enhancements:

The best for GTD, much better than Omnifocus, Pocket Informant and Appigo ToDo for PC users
Executive Summary: Great GTD functionality. Has filtering by context and tags, locations and passcode so it clearly earns 5 Stars. A PC user now has no reason to settle for Omnifocus (Great functionality but $20 iPhone/ $40 iPad and no PC sync) or Appigo ToDo (nice, but wrong functions and infrequent updates), nor drop $13 on bug-infested Pocket Informant (which I did, and deleted).
Toodledo's $3 price tag makes it a no brainer.
Strengths:
o Web-based so, unlike Omnifocus, PC users don't have to enter everything with two fingers on an Apple platform. Can manage your commitments and projects from any web-enabled device.
o Syncs smoothly to Toodledo.com, easy to set up, works every time.
o Allows lots of ways to view data, by context, due date, status.
o GTD is executed by context. this is the ONLY iPhone app that supports the INCREDIBLY POWERFUL ability to filter by context and tags. That means I don't have to choose between viewing all tasks or just one context. I can compose a view of, say, @office, @phone and @computer sorted by due date, since all these contexts are available at my office. Then, at home, switch off @office and turn on @home, and I have a list consisting just of stuff I can do at home.
o Each task can be assigned one of several statuses that correspond well to GTD (next action, delegated, someday) as well as a few that don't (hold, canceled, active) but which could still be used.
• Customizable default field settings allow for quick entry of incoming "stuff". You can, say, automatically designate new items as next actions, with @office as context, tomorrow due date, etc.)
• Lots of configuration options.
• Free account at Toodledo.com is quite robust.
• Toodledo issues frequent updates, adding new features.
Weaknesses:
• Not exclusively a GTD app, have to ignore things like priorities.
• Would like a way to designate subtasks as next actions (i.e. make a task the parent of a sequential project), where only the the next action could be seen in contexts instead of all subtasks.
• App needs a saved search feature, like the website.
You need to upgrade from a free to a Pro subscription ($15/yr) on the website to get subtasks (they can't include it all for free), but the app =does= support subtasks. A lot can be done with just the free account.
Conclusion: Great GTD engine. I run my life through filtered tasks on Toodledo.
Powerful & Flexible Organizer
I have tried many ToDo list systems and products and found it most important that a service have a user friendly website application and a great mobile app. Also very nice is integration with other services. Toodledo has been great in all these areas. I love Mac, but I'm forced to use a locked down PC at work. With Toodledo I can log in to the website and efficiently copy and paste notes taken on the mobile app directly into my company's software system.
Fantastic App!
I STILL love this app, it keeps getting better with each update. I use it for my Flylady Control Journal and the iPhone and iPad apps allow me to have the information I need at hand all the time. It's very flexible and I use the notes features to store information I need to complete my tasks. What's even better? The folks at Toodledo are continually updating this app to make it even better!
