Touch Cams, the webcams viewer that lets you freely place cams your own way, "Minority Report" style. Now includes more than 1800 webcams from 66 countries and 503 regions or cities that we increase with each release (every 10-15 days).
Touch Cams lets you create as many screens as youi need and fill with your favorite cameras.

Touch Cams has also a integrated browser with google search that helps you find webcams. Simply go to the site you are interested in and Touch Cams will get all the images, Touch Cams will list the images and will give you a hint of the one that might be a webcam by showing its last modification.
If the site contains frames Touch Cams will also list them and let you browse inside.

It took me a while to figure out how to use it. Other than that, it's pretty good.
Unique app
It took me awhile to figure it out too but I love it! I found beautiful scenery webcams from all of the national parks that I put on the TouchCam. Now it's uniquely mine. Thank you!
