Toy story
The game in itself plays well. My complaint is the degrading way Sargent talks to you when you make a wrong move. Adults understand it's just a game, but young children do not. You might want to look into changing that part of the game
So far, so good...
I read the one review about Sarge being too harsh on kids. He sometimes says "Write home, Soldier! Tell 'em you're pathetic!". My 3 & 6 year old have been playing w/ it & they show no signs of permanent scaring. It didn't even phase them &, no, that's not something that's ever said to them so they're certainly not used to that. My point? Your kids will be fine. I don't think it's bad, it's a cute game & I, for one, find it refreshing that it's not one of those pansy games that just throws out a pat on the back for doing the most mediocre things & failing. It's a game. In his defense (Sarge's), that WAS a pretty pathetic move on my part. =/ 4 stars because I've yet to open the iPad I know is under my tree so once I have it on there & see how it works on the iPad, I'll update. =)
Update: awesome~er on the ipad!
Very disappointed in Disney. NOT for kids.
If I could give no stars I would. The Sarge talks to kids harshly when they don't play correctly. If my daughter spoke this way at home or school she'd be in trouble. There should be a warning on this game.
