Removed flight status
This was the greatest free travel app. But now they removed flight status from the free version, which was the feature that I used the most. Not worth paying for Pro just for this very integral feature. I am switching to TripCase.
New design makes it hard to see itinerary at a glance
Not a fan of the gimmicky font (get-it?-it's-an-airport-font!) seriously, though: the itinerary info could be clearer. The most important are take-off and landing times. With all the other stuff, the detailed view is starting to look really cluttered (an airport address?? Such a low priority in comparison to other data). TripIt's strong point is "less is more". Please don't be tempted by more features and stick to making things clear and simple.
With the new redesign/release: even on wifi it seems to take a while to retrieve itinerary details (especially by going from trip name -> detail view). Perhaps some caching when switching views would help?
Also: stop bugging me to write reviews for every tiny update...
I love TripIt and it helps alleviate a lot of anxiety while traveling. Keep up the good work!
Used to be good
It gets slower and don't take correct info from email anymore. I will not mind to pay a one time fee for the pro version. But monthly fee is too much for what they delivery
