Triple Card Poker, one of the most popular internet casino games, is now available for your iPhone and iPod Touch. With various betting strategies and countless ways to win, players are discovering that Triple Card Poker is not only easy to learn, but is also a lot of fun to play. Based on the standard Las Vegas rules, Triple Card Poker is ultimate companion for any Vegas veteran.
BASIC RULES:
You start off with three ways to bet. The 'Pair Bonus' bet, the 'Ante' bet, and the 'Play' bet. Once the player places their 'Pair Bonus' and 'Ante' bets, three cards are dealt. From there, if the player has a pair or better, the 'Pair Bonus' bet pays (up to 40 to 1 for a Straight Flush). There is also a 'Ante Bonus' that is paid if the player has a Straight or better. After the player receives his three cards, he/she can choose to take on the dealer. This is the 'Play' bet. If the player decides to 'Play' against the dealer, their play bet will equal the 'Ante' bet. From there, the dealer will receive their three cards. If the players beats the dealer, both the 'Ante' and the 'Play' will pay 1 to 1. Sound easy? Can you take down the house and set a new high score?
NOTE: This game is also commonly referred to as 'Three Card Poker' or 'Tricard Poker'.

This game is somewhere between a 4 and 5 stars. Being an avid fan of "Three Card Poker" I purchased this game because it was in the top 25 in casino games and was the highest rated game of its kind (and the only one I could find). That being said, largely, the game is quite good. The main 'PROS' are that is quick and easy to play. The in-game sounds are entertaining and the animations used add a nice subtle touch. At the end of the day, what you look for in a card game is the ability of the game to track key statistics (money first and foremost), but secondly, all of your key vitals. The game has a really innovative 'Stats' tab that keeps track of all kinds of key metrics that will give the user a good indication of how well they are playing, and most importantly, what you tendencies are. Aside the gameplay, TCP also has OpenFeint, which brings all the cool online goodies (FaceBook, Twitter integration, game forums, leaderboards, online challenges and achievements, etc). These features are integrated quite well and give the game a sense of completeness. That being said, there are a few small 'CONS' I've played the game many times in Atlantic City, but as another user mentioned, there aren't any in-game rules. However, I did notice while coming in for this review, that there are rules in the game's description. Not sure why they didn't just put them on a screen in the game.
All in all, the game is quite good. I'd like to see this game grow as the developers continue to work on it. At the time of this review, the game was $0.99, which is a pretty good deal. Let's hope the price stays there.
