Frustrated that gems don't download

I tried to download gems and received a message the purchase was successful. Then I received an error message. I never received the gems. I tried to reboot my IPad and they still never showed up. I tried to purchase a couple more times and got the same successful message and then error message. I have not received the gems. I went on the Internet and asked for a refund since I was charged for the purchases. I am afraid to make any purchases because I don't want to be charged again and not receive the items. Please check into why the in app purchases are not working. Thank you.

Came back for this game

I’m addicted to this game. I deleted it over 2 years ago and now I am back again.
I wish it had some updates.

Data lost

After recently updating I was extremely disappointed to find my ongoing game was wiped. After waiting for weeks to beat the dinosaur level and being just points away, I open the newly updated game only to find my point meter and board completely reset...

And I REALLY hate starting over...
