Dissatisfied, awful customer care
After purchasing this app for my iPad I regretfully found out the hard way that in order to also have this app on my iPhone I would have to purchase another separate version for my iPhone. This is absolutely absurd. I would have never purchased this app if I had know I needed to buy two versions(all other twitter clients make their app universal for all iOS devices, with a single purchase). Tweetbot needs to get up to date with the fact that users should not have to pay for the same app twice, why because it is larger? This is an absolute rip off for users who would like to use the application on several devices without paying several times. If tweetbot fixes this then maybe I would start using it again. Until then I will return to using Echofon because it works on all of my devices for a one time charge.
