Tweets Aloud reads your Twitter feed aloud so that you can stay connected with everyone you're following anytime, anywhere. Tweets Aloud features:

• Display each tweet on the screen, so that you can tap around to read tweets at random

You can try some of these great features via the free Tweets Aloud Lite. It has many of the same capabilities of Tweets Aloud and reads aloud using the same easy-to-understand voice, but it contains advertising and is limited to reading aloud only the latest 10 messages at any one time.
What's New in Version 3.0
Tweets Aloud 3.0 now includes Nuance-based speech recognition (same as Siri) that enables you to dictate your tweets from the app on all iOS devices with a single tap. It both reads aloud and listens to your spoken responses, enabling a complete, end-to-end, Twitter-by-voice experience.
Just tap the microphone button on the main screen, say anything you like, and it will convert what you said to text and auto-send it to Twitter. Or speak again to edit or add more to what you said before. Dictate punctuation as necessary: to tweet "I think, therefore I am!" you would simply say, "I think comma therefore I am exclamation point."
In the Settings screen, choose between an American or UK English accent, and turn on/off Auto-Send. After that, it just works.
Also fixed an incompatibility with iOS 5 that prevented some users from logging into their Twitter accounts.
