Amazing app

This app is great for selling Girl Scout cookies. My only issue is that when you look at transactions you should see the time but keep the date.

This application is well designed, lightening fast, and a real marketing tool for smart business people. One of the most compelling features is the inventory list. Once you create an item, you just tap it and the product description and the price appear. It take about a minute or two to create an item.

The signature capture feature allows you to protect yourself against unwarranted chargebacks. With the card swipe adapter, mobile professionals may be able to reduce merchant fees by as much as 33%.

The phone support was effective. The set up process is buggy. You get error messages that are incorrect. By ignoring the error message, the actual set up is straightforward.

In my case, I have No! additional fees for using the service.

I'm both a software developer and a merchant service provider. I use the software for my own business. I've already recommended this app to my own clients.

The only reason this is not 5 stars is the difficult set up process. I've used it on both my iPhone and my iPad. The interface design is very well done, intuitive, and user friendly.

Handy, but flawed

Helpful to have another method of payment to accept, however it did not record all of the transactions we accepted. All our transactions posted as "approved" and gave a confirmation number, but not all of them ended up recorded in the end (were missing two). Lesson learned - write down all the confirmations (whatever is in the approval box that pops up after the transaction approves) or take a screen shot of that approval box so you have recourse to locate missing transactions. We're out that money and have no way to prove what credit cards and amounts we took that didn't record. While you have to respect the CC holder's privacy and not write down their card number, name, etc, that confirmation (approval?) number may have helped locate one of our missing transactions. We found one of the two bc I happened to remember part of the CC holder's email address she gave (first and middle names at the start of her email addy but not the @... part), but the other missing transaction is no where to be found. User beware - protect yourself so you're not out the funds.
