Free for a limited time! Video Genius allows you to record video on your 3g and 1st generation iPhone. Easily record and review your latest video through the simple, clear interface. Now you don’t need to upgrade to a new iPhone to have video recording capability.
Two recording modes included for 3G and 1st Gen Phones. Regular mode which records a short video of 40-60 seconds at the high rate of 12 frames a second and long mode which records videos but at a slower rate of 8 frames per second.
Please Note: This Application requires an iPhone. It will not work with an iPod Touch or an iPad since neither device has a camera.

Exlnt 3G App. Reviewers, Think B4 Whining
It's gotta be frustrating for a developer to see how thoughtless some reviewers can be. Below are several bad reviews about users being unable to delete or share the videos this very cool and free app allows its 3G iPhone users to shoot.
Okay, HOW-to do it:
1. To delete a video, just go to your phone's native camera roll app and delete any videos just like you would do with snapshots you no longer want. They will now be totally gone from the phone.
2. Now, if you want to share a video, just pull it up on the phone's native camera roll app. Put your finger on the screen until the "copy" button appears. Press the copy button and then go to
email and send it to whomever you wanna share it with. -Kapeesh?!?
P.S. MANY THANKS TO THE DEVELOPERS FOR A FINE, FREE GIFT!! Sadly, they should be getting a much higher aggregate score for their app (but it just shows you don't have to be smart to own a Smart phone).

Close...but not quite
The vid recording quality is great, but who cares when you can't get it off your phone. Similar apps for .99 let u email,message and upload vids to sites like facebook. Add those features to this app and charge for it if you have to. I'll gladly pay for the quality recording. As it stands it should be free. A video you can't share is a useless video.

All I can say is that I've captured some incredible family moments with this app and it works exceptionally GREAT!
Also thank to reviewer "Termie" for explaining how to email my video footage. I had no clue until I read his post.
I will surely upgrade and pay for this app if and when they include some extra worthwhile features.
