It's the 2D Genesis version. You don't want this.
A missed opportunity on so many levels. It's the 2D Genesis version. You don't want this.
1. This Genesis version of the game, which no one wanted in the first place, has already been rehashed on PS2, XBOX 360, PS3, and PSP.
2. Hundreds of good Genesis games, and they choose to release this one? I loved the 16-bit Sega era, and I've bought everything they've put on iPhone so far. I have nostalgia for Altered Beast, but this just cheeses me off.
3. There are several varieties of VF2 out there (PC, 32X, Saturn, arcade, Megamix), any of which would be welcomed, even with virtualized controls. No one wanted the Genesis version in 1996, and no one wants it now.

I'm also surprised by the release of this game, not one I saw coming. Please SEGA, release Streets if Rage 2 and Road Rash 2!!!!
