lacks some truth
first, its not a voice mail, its a call from a strange number the recipient recieves. if they answer its a talking machine that simulates some sord of generic voice mail including your voice message. If it were to be $1 or more i would not buy it as its not what the description tells. but for free its a handy yet cheesy prank inexisting voice mail.
