Description
Wards is an application for medical professionals and medical students to keep track of the patients they see on the hospital floors. Designed by an internal medicine physician, this application utilizes minimal typing to make data entry quick and painless. This isn't an EMR, but it works great for your own personal notes. Enter as much or as little information as you need to trigger your memory and keep up to date on your patients, especially when rounding.
Laid out in SOAP note format, this application helps make patient tracking a breeze. You'll be able to easily enter a patient and then delete them once their stay is over. Each day you can add new physical exam findings, or if nothing has changed, the app will remember the previous day's findings. The same goes for assessments and plans; you can make changes as needed daily, or keep things the same if nothing changes.

decent but needs work
has enough to get you started and keep trak, but no pharm section for tracking your orders of keeping track of what they take or took prior to your history. You can add diseases, s/s, and other elements to the app to customize, except drugs
