I updated their app and now every time my phone goes to sleep the app doesn't work, shows the tv icon up on top with a red circle and line through it. I have to quit the app and restart. Their new box is a pile and now so is their app 😡😡😡
Perfect on my iPad.
The remote behaves perfectly on my iPad 3G. I wish it worked as well on my iPhone.

For the haters: it's said in the description "for your WD TV Live HUB or STREAMING media player". Please read the descriptions and stop complaining.
