WordMaster helps you complete those difficult crossword puzzles where there are few letters you can't figure out. Just fill in the letters you know in the letter boxes, leaving blanks for the missing letters then tap the Search button. The matching words will appear in a blink giving you narrower options for the answer.
WordMaster can also save you from losing a other word game by using the Anagram word finder. Enter all the letters you have and let it find the absolute valid words.
You can use WordMaster to check spellings, of course. If the device is connected to the internet, you can also view word definitions on the web.
WordMaster includes following word lists:

- 267,751 Official Words, International Edition (SOWPODS)
- 178,691 Official Tournament and Club Word List (TWL)
- 173,528 Enhanced North American Benchmark Lexicon (ENABLE)

One small problem
This is a very well designed app, with a convenient ability to search for various words in crossword puzzles, or to build words from anagrams. However, when you click on a work in the search results list, you are taken to an ad-filled page from Answers.com :(
Is it really that difficult to integrate the lookup of words into this PAID app, instead of forcing me to visit a third-party ad-filled page every time?!
A sweet Crossword Solver!
This app has a huge database with different settings for Crosswords or Anagrams.
They add 5 Word lists to get you more help when playing. Agree with someone that the browser with the three-tier A-Z scroll in the index is really unique.
Get it if you need a very good quality Crossword Solver.
Crossword
This was anything but a crossword. It came with no instructions and wasn't a crossword as I had hoped. I deleted the app immediately. It wasn't what it said it was.
