multiplayer improvements
PLEASE get the multiplayer capable to be played over bluetooth or wifi connection. Perfect if this happens.
Fun Ping Pong game but this ain't Table Tennis or anything close
While fun with many modes to play, World Cup is obviously a sucker phrase to pull people in. The table is static and so is the bat. It should have a TV blaring in the background and two drunken people holding the bats to secure its gameplay.
Skyworks have made a great looking game with great sounds and sights. There are many modes to play and of course, you can compete against other players for highest scores. Please don't get me wrong - this game is fun. But it is Ping Pong, not table tennis. There are no real spins or smashes, no angles nor defense play. It plays like two grade 3's who have never played the sport. Bats are flat and so is the stance. You cannot move and the ball reacts strangely to play.
If you have played all the time on busted up bats at a community centre with your mate, this game is for you. But if you have played in league or against people who actually play table tennis and not 'ping pong', this game will disappoint. Arace fun? Yes. Simulation realism? Absolutely not.
