WorldCard Contacts is an innovative contacts management tool that combines all of your contacts with images of business cards taken from the built-in iPhone camera (or imported into the iPod Touch). Choose either List mode or Card mode to view contacts, search contacts, call, send SMS, send email, browse websites and even check the map for pinpoint locations! WorldCard Contacts increases the efficiency of contacting or visiting your customers or friends.

1.Easily create contact groups, to quickly sort and find contacts (work / family / school / clients / etc)
2.View contacts in either “List Mode” (Similar to the native contact list, except with added photo and company information) or Card Mode (Scroll through your business card book with full card images). All with a quick search function to pinpoint the contact you need rapidly.

Having both applications allows you to unlock some great additional features! To use the OCR from Worldcard Mobile inside of Worldcard Contacts, Tap the WorldCard Contact icon, take a card image and choose your desired language recognition to save this card info with image and text. WorldCard Mobile will sync with WorldCard Contacts to extract, store and place the card’s info into an interactive directory.

Good product, missing one thing for me
I use this in conjunction with the Mobile reader. I love the flow view of the cards. All in all, a good product, and I'm happy. However, in my line of work I frequently recommend other businesses to homeowners looking for related services to mine. i.e. a plumber or an electrician. Instead of carrying around cards and giving the customer the card, I would like to email the business card image to them. Right now I can only email the customer a vcf file, which means my customer has to add this person or business into their address book, which they don't necessarily want to do.
It's a must!

Good app
I use this app along with it's companion card reader. The recognition isn't perfect but close enough. Being able to organize my contacts into groups and to include both front & back of business cards has been a great help with organization. The reason for only 4 stars is searching is slow and when entering a phone number manually you can not put dashes or dots to separate the numbers, eg 5801234567 instead of 580-124-4567.
