It's perfect for me.
This is my favorite and most used app.
Read the description - it's .txt only (this means no .doc or .rtf). I really don't need rich text. So this isn't an issue for me.
Sync it with notational velocity or nvalt (free OS X application) and you'll fall in love.
Stable app, for me, 4s on iOS 5.1. Keep these updates regular please and thank you.

Best text editing/full screen app for iPhone
Cavalier attitude toward the safety of your text
1) The suggestion that, if after updating to the latest, the app crashes on launch you should just delete the app and reinstall -- is amazingly cavalier! You will, of course, lose everything you have stored with WriteRoom! You might think this was worth a mention. Sheesh. [UPDATE: A sincere apology followed quickly and an apparent fix -- too late for my data, alas. But, you know what? Real apologies count with me.]
2) If you set the background to black and the text to white, all the menu items in the app (lower left corner) become invisible. You can press them, but cannot see them.
3) If you offer password protection, how hard would it be to not first present the current text document on screen before asking for the password? I mean, really? [UPDATE: This longstanding blip was fixed shortly after in a welcome update.]
4) App continues to have trouble with landscape mode on the iPad. If you bring it up in landscape mode to begin with, the text will be narrow as if you are in portrait. [Also, the menu icons will be non-existent (though turning to portrait and back to landscape will recover them).]
Points 1-2 are new issues with this upgrade; points 3-4 are obvious problems that surprisingly go unaddressed. You have to wonder what gives with this otherwise nice app.
