We've even selected the best one-off music and art events for each city, including Scion racing and lifestyle events.
Inspired by XLR8R magazine's annual City Guide print editions, the City Guide application features hundreds of hand-selected locations and events.. The City Guide is a discriminating resource for planning a trip or just figuring out what to do tonight, filling in the cultural gaps left behind by mainstream guides.
Once you've installed the City Guide app, just choose a city, what you'd like to do and when you'd like to do it, and an extensive list of XLR8R's favorite shopping, eating and music-related activities will be at your fingertips. You can also view picks on a scalable map and create a shareable plan from your selections.

Loving the new look
This new version looks amazing, and really functions well. Less listings than Yelp, but these are all really unique and cool recommendations ... sort of a Zagat or Michelin guide, but for the cool kids. :)
Does the trick
It's been useful while traveling. A good starting point, if nothing else.
