XpenseTracker is your all-inclusive expense tracking and reporting application for anyone wishing to track their expenses & mileage. Where has it been all my life!
This expense software is a MUST HAVE. Track business, home, civic organization, vacations, whatever you want, simple and easy. Easy to setup, use, customize, back up, export, email, load into Excel. The developer support is fantastic. This is the first time in 30 years of expense reporting that I can honestly say "I do not mind doing expenses anymore". YOU WILL LOVE IT!

As others have commented, this is a great app, and it has certainly paid for itself many times over already. It's wonderful to be able to deal with cash incidentals easily on a daily basis, and not have to deal with the mess of crumpled and faded receipts. A write-up of some of the less intuitive features (such as how to enter an exchange rate manually) would be useful, but this app is backed by prompt and helpful service from Scott (author) and the forum.
Manage your personal expenses!!
When I first purchased the ap, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to figure out how to use it! After testing all the buttons, however, I realized it was easy and intuitive. My reason for getting the ap in the first place was to manage my living expenses. I'm a numbers person but I'm not always so good at remembering where my paycheck went at the end of each month. I customized one log with my name and if there are many people in your household, you could set up a log for each person. The "Category" option allows you to group your expenditures into type. There's even a line where you can describe the expense-- you can type it in or say it and the iPhone types it in for you. It's great to see the running $ totals-- so for budgeting purposes, if you decide to try to spend 20% less in groceries next month, you have exact numbers to work with. It makes keeping track of your expenses fun, helps you save money, and I know it will make tax time a lot easier to deal with. This ap is great if you're trying to keep track of the money you spend.
