In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I auditioned for violin and voice at Bayside HS and Fiorello H. LaGuardia HS. Bayside accepted me for violin and rejected me for voice. LaGuardia vice versa. I chose to accept voice at LaGuardia. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. Kierra Sheard, KIERRA Yolanda Adams, The Praise & Worship Songs of Yolanda Adams Tye Tribbett is an icon! He’s a musical genius. There is ZERO competition when Tye is on the program! Yo-yo can do no wrong! She’s hands down my absolute favorite gospel singer of all time. Kierra is a dream. Perfect blend of dope and anointed. It reminds me that God cares, He's in control, and He WILL work it all out for my good. No matter where I sing this song, the atmosphere shifts and God shows up! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? It's a tie between opening for Gospel Legend Smokie Norful in my home state New York and walking the red carpet at the Stellars 2022. Both were dreams come true. I am so grateful to God, RNU Records, Joshua Arnoux and my amazing team. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would love to sing with Yolanda Adams. I don’t know if I’d even make it through the song. But that’s definitely on the list. I have to do a concert in Africa! I want to help women who have suffered traumas through my music and testimony.
