Italian pop singer Gerardo Pulli was born in 1992 and began his rise to fame after competing on and winning televised Italian talent competition show Friends. In 2012 his self-titled debut album was released to great acclaim, highlighting his sound, which blended elements of pop, rock, and electronic styles.
