About Suzie Higgie
Suzie Higgie was the singer/songwriter for the Australian group the Falling Joys, who put out numerous releases (including three albums) over the course of a decade. Following their split, she moved to England where she released her first solo album, Songs of Habit, in 2001. The record is sparsely produced, with an electronic feel to the backing, most of which was played by Higgie herself. Her material is slightly jazzy, breezy singer/songwriter rock, delivered with a cool restraint. ~ Richie Unterberger
