Discographers tend to recognize the existence of only one instrumentalist named Joe Watts on records, that being a bassist and tuba player who was born in Mississippi, and have also been known to confuse abbreviations for trombone and tuba. Circa the new millennium it must be officially recognized by these experts that there is indeed another horn player named Joe Watts, this one a trombonist amongst the talented accompanists for French singer/songwriter Camille Bazbaz. ~ Eugene Chadbourne
