About Bob Leatherbarrow

This longtime Los Angeles session musician has worked with Peggy Lee, Natalie Cole, Rosemary Clooney and Ernie Watts. Leatherbarrow is perhaps best known for his work as drummer for jazz legend Bill Holman. Having toured around the world and performed at virtually all major jazz festivals, Leatherbarrow released his debut solo album in March of 1999. Entitled Bumpin' In The Basement and on Chartmaker Music, the album contained a mix of swing and waltz numbers. It also appeared on the Top 20 jazz charts. ~ Jason MacNeil
