A punishing, Austin, Texas-based extreme metal troupe featuring current and former members of Power Trip, Iron Reagan, and Darkest Hour, Mammoth Grinder deliver a face-melting blend of no-frills death metal and crossover-inspired punk. Founded in 2006 by Mark Bronzino, Ryan Parrish, and Chris Ulsh, the trio released their debut full-length, Rage and Ruin, independently in 2008. Extinction of Humanity arrived in 2009, followed in 2013 by Underworlds. The band inked a deal with Relapse for their fourth studio long-player, 2018's Cosmic Crypt. ~ James Christopher Monger
