Crush Molly Sunshine

About Crush Molly Sunshine

Crush Molly Sunshine formed near Norman, Oklahoma in early 1997. The band's often energetic brand of modern rock made for an odd mix with the band's more subtle, low-tempo songs. Their debut album, Store in a Cool Dry Place was named Best New Album by the RMS Music Society. Produced by Carl Amburn of the Chainsaw Kittens, the disc introduced audiences to the unique vocals of vocalist Ranell Givens. The follow-up, From the Milkbar on their own Liquid Records, was decidedly more polished. ~ Stephen Cramer
