Latin pop singer/songwriter Fernando Osorio was born in Colombia and raised in Venezuela, studying music at a young age. He teamed up with Juan Carlos Pérez in a duet, simply called Fernando y Juan Carlos. In 1993, Fernando Osorio recorded his first solo album, as well as composing for Ricardo Montaner, Sergio Vargas, Cristian, and Marta Sánchez, among other artists. In 1996, he moved to Miami and signed with WEA Latina, issuing the Italian Emanuele Ruffinengo-produced Con Palabras. ~ Drago Bonacich
