James Coane

About James Coane

A promising young folksinger in the 1960s, Dr. James Coane left music to focus on a career as a clinical psychologist in Pennsylvania's Buck County. Nearly a quarter of a century later, he realized what he had left behind. Acquiring an acoustic guitar, Coane took up where he had left off, performing traditional folk tunes, folk-pop songs, country music classics and originals in clubs and coffeehouses on the East Coast. His debut album, She Was Sweet, was released in August 2001. ~ Craig Harris
