Taking their name from Laurence Fishburne's memorable character in the classic film Boyz N the Hood, Furious Styles are a traditional New York City hardcore band from...Seattle? Since forming in 2006, Furious Styles have gigged extensively and released two albums through Eulogy Recordings -- 2007's Life Lessons and 2008's Menace -- following which the group's lineup consisted of vocalist Michael Torres, guitarists Harris Richardson and Rick Powell, bassist Kyle Robinson, and drummer Miles Ezra Freeborn. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia
