About Rocket 350
The accelerated rockabilly of Rocket 350 started in 1997 with the formation of Rocket Phil Stair (guitar/vocals), Loverboy Brandon Davis (upright bass), and Twistin' Tony Dinneweth. Inspired by the likes of Eddie Cochran, Gene Vincent, Link Wray, and the Stray Cats, this Atlanta based trio self-released their debut album, Monstrous Rockabilly Mayhem, in 1998. Along with having the chance to play with Dick Dale, Cigar Store Indians, and Hi-Fi and the Roadburners, Beatville Records released their follow-up album, Junglebilly, in January of 2000. ~ Mike DaRonco
