In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Sitting outside the Central Saloon waiting to perform. We tuned into the Funky Monkey where DJ Lisa Wood played our song Season in Hell. We were just blown away by how powerful that song sounded and then we went and performed it. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Catherine Wheel, Adam and Eve Doves, The Last Broadcast Frightened Rabbit, Painting of a Panic Attack (Deluxe) Lyrically brilliant with perfect harmonies. These albums capture exactly what a band is supposed to sound like when they pay attention to the meaning and feeling of the song. Tell us why you chose this song. “She's A Life” I woke up to the melody and the chorus and sat down and wrote the song and the bridge in an hour. I played it for the entire day in my very sad, very lonely basement room in a squatter style artist house and the song lifted my heart and my spirits. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing for 800 people at the Showbox or taking a group of fans on The Price is Right and getting to meet Bob Barker. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would love to continue to release videos and music to showcase the work of one of the best drummers and human bad joke machines (mostly cat puns) Frans whom we lost in Aug 2021.
