In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Every time my dad would leave the house, I would run to use his acoustic guitar. It wasn't fancy, it wasn't expensive, it wasn't mine, but it sounded great, and it was soft as butter to play. It is called an Atlas, and he still has it! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? The Outfield, Big Innings: Best of The Outfield Third Eye Blind, Out of the Vein U2, How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb U2's album brings me back to the live concert that moved me in a way that no other show or music ever did. Big Innings is perfect from start to finish, Great lyrics and brilliant harmonies. 3EB is always brilliant, and this album hits the best. Tell us why you chose this song. “Take Back the Night” This song is a call to action, because the world needs help, and it needs all of us to unite to solve its problems. Leaving this world in better shape for our children (my 3 boys included) is what inspired me to write this. We can't do it alone. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? While I played the legendary CBGB venue before it closed, it wasn't until recent that I found a sound that I feel defines me and my life. Seeing people responding to my new music in such a positive way has been like winning a Grammy to me. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? World domination! Isn't that every artists goal? Seriously, doing this for a living and creating music for the world to hear has and will always be my ultimate goal.
