When I was like 13, I broke up with my then girlfriend and I was also making music off my mom's work headset and audacity with the homie. We made a freestyle to "You're a Jerk" by the New Boyz and...I dissed her lol. We took each other to prom. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Cautious Clay, Deadpan Love MoonManFlo, Owuraku Tygko, Long Ass Breakup These 3 albums critically define my 2021. That was the year my life changed forever because of music. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Smiling (feat. Wreck It Ronnie)” Wreck it Ronnie has been my bestfriend since college in 2015. I've learned so much from her as a person and I'm glad to still have our bond. This song was her idea and I asked her if she wanted to be on it with me! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I opened for DUCKWRTH in Wooster, OH in the rain for my college and then a couple months later after binge listening CARE FOR ME on spring break in Seattle, I opened for Saba after winning a music competition at my school. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? No, I've done it all. I made it around the world and changed lives. I got to be on intimate stages and LARGE stages. I discovered a lot about myself and have a career's worth of music to reminisce and cherish for the rest of my life.
