Pfirter is a Barcelona-based techno producer originally from Buenos Aires. Since debuting in the mid-2000s with a series of digital releases on his own label, his sound has developed from minimal club tracks to darker, spacier excursions. Frequently touring, he's played at techno clubs and events across the world, becoming a mainstay at institutions like Berlin's Tresor and Berghain and Parisian club Concrete. Following numerous singles and EPs, Pfirter made his full-length debut with the detailed, nearly psychedelic The Empty Space in 2019. Altered States followed in 2021, and he's continued exploring the cosmic side of techno with EPs like Expander (2022) and Focus (2023).
