THIS is the best 2011 could do?

Strange track listing, half of the tracks weren't even top 40 hits, some I've never even heard of… not sure how a lot of these could be considered the "Best of 2011".

AMericans...

@Loon_Leader,
my guess is that this is american where their summer is our winter here in aus.
and BTW i agree with these comments this album has 2 or 3 good songs but thats it.
would give it 0/5 if possible

Interesting...

Well, they may not be the 'best' of 2011, but at least they're picking a lot of songs which are the best songs. Disappoints me to see songs like 'Sweat', 'Rolling in the Deep' and 'Jet Lag', but they've picked some real gems which didn't get the charts credit they deserve such as 'Save the World', 'Techno Fan', 'Throw It Away', 'Raiders', 'Love Is A Drug', '1979', and my personal favourite of the lot, 'Crush', as well as the hits which did receive the deserved charts performance in 'Stereo Hearts', 'Jar of Hearts', 'Last Friday Night' and 'Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall'. Just two questions though. How did 'The Gap' get in? While it is a Birds of Tokyo classic, it was never a single. And Why is 'Won't Go Quietly' in when it was a 2009 song? Again, it's a great song, but an interestying pick.
