A chilled out debut from this Australian duo, fusing composer Drew Crawford’s experiential pop sounds with the delectable voice of Victoria White. To say she sounds like Bjork would be a lazy comparison. To say she sounds like a lazy Bjork would be pretty accurate. That’s not a criticism: the fragile beauty of White’s vocals remain a tease without strangling the songs, preferring to let the warm beats slide around underneath. How to describe these delicious, sophisticated sounds? To my ears, they're tactile; they reflect beauty in found sounds of the everyday with a masters touch. Luminosity in the vocals,production and composition, the lyrics dance through my heart. Refined with a soul.

i downloaded this because it was free and its pretty schweeettt. its quite calming and i don't know why its dance/electronic.
