Balnarring Beach : A Guided Meditation
This album is a beautiful picturesque journey into meditation. Set on Balnarring Beach on the Mornington Peninsula - This meditation has been written as a sleep therapy for children but also works brilliantly with adults. You could almost taste the salty sea air and feel the warm sun on your face. Together with Lauren's soothing voice the vocals and music lulls you into a deep, peaceful restful state.
RESULTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES
I was WRAPT at how this cd gave instant results to my eldest son(12). He hasn't slept through the night for years, and fell asleep within half an hour when listening to the cd, and didn't wake up ALL night (miracle!!) HE was amazed at how he woke up feeling fantastic! Finally getting a full nights sleep has now made him feel great throughout the day, and also helped with his concentration at school. Results speak for themselves, because I feel like I have found a life saver in these cd's!! Thankyou Ms. Ostrowski. I will be recommending thiese cd's to everyone who is having trouble with family , friends or themselves sleeping.

Yes! It works! My boys have always had issues with getting sleep, and so have I. After a few nights of listening to this app, they are sleeping like logs! The good thing is, if they happen to wake up through the night, they can pop it back on again, without waking me up!!! I'm SO happy, cause now I can sleep, without worrying about them! My turn tonight!! This is truly awesome! Thanks Lauren. X
