Classic Rock at it's very best!

This album rocks with the best of them. Hard driving performances from the band members, great songs, excellent "live in the studio" production. One of the best releases of the year. Five stars!

CLASSIC ROCK AT ITS BEST.

This is the heaviest album that I have heard in ages. I played it once & was initially a little disappointed. This is an album that improves with each listen. Vocalist, Glenn Hughes has been called "the Voice of Rock" & it's not hard to hear why! He possesses an extraordinary voice in terms of power & range & sings with a passion & strength that most younger vocalists would envy. This would be sufficient for any band, but he is also a gifted bassist & plays complex & interesting lines. HIs CV is pretty impressive & he was for a few years the voice of Deep Purple.
Joe Bonamassa is simply one of the finest guitarists on the planet, having recently traded licks with Eric Clapton at Albert Hall. The band's drummer is Jason Bonham, who has worked with almost everybody & like his father, is a fantastic musician. The final member of the lineup is Derek Sherinian, who has worked with Kiss & Billy Idol.
This is destined to become a landmark release.........good compositions, expertly played.
