Album Review

Released five years after The Open Door, Evanescence’s third album picks up where the last one left off, with vocalist Amy Lee singing songs about death, angst, and brokenness over her band’s dark gothic grooves. Evanescence also finds room to experiment with other influences, working drum loops and synthesizers into an otherwise guitar-heavy sound. Not too bad

I am one of the biggest Evanescence fans ever and I adore Amy Lee and everything about her.... but this? this album was a bit of a disappointment, there are some really good songs, like "Made of Stone", but... all I can say is that I expected more from such a brilliant band :( I STILL LOVE EVANESCENCE AND I CAN'T WAIT TO HEAR BETTER MUSIC! I HAVEN'T LOST MY FAITH IN THEM!

Sick

Sick album there back and sicker

Evanescence AT THEIR BEST!

Buy the "Deluxe Edition". They are back and better than ever stand out tracks are "Lost In Paradise" & "My Heart Is Broken" to mention only 2, the 4 extra tracks with the deluxe edition are worth the extra bit of cash. To sum it up in one sentence: Best album yet, a must for any Evanescence fan.
