A brilliantly versatile EP, with performances brimming with confidence and conveying a sense of honesty, emotion and intimacy that the production techniques on each track seem to capture and craft perfectly. Ghost City feels more grown up than previous albums with a sense that Pickering is sharing his music, not just singing his songs. From rocking along to 'Wonders', totally getting it with 'Nobody', to kicking right back and swaying to 'Edge of the Earth', each track takes you on a journey, which combined with the lyrical and musical gems that are trademarks of Chris Pickering's exquisite art of writing, leaves me wanting more. Just get it!
