Deja Vu
Loyal fans of Ben Harper whom own all of Ben’s recordings may feel short changed by this one. Chitchat between songs will maybe offer you some insight into bens style of song writing and the selection of songs is strong, but it is very important to note that only five of the songs are new recordings/versions of Bens material. The rest are recordings from there respective albums, which you may already own. But I must say the new recording of Please Bleed is fantastic along with Well Well Well/ 11th commandment, both worth your $1.69. As for the whole 'I-tunes original' package if you are new to Ben Harper and his style of music this is a worthy investment other wise 'Haven't we heard this before?’
