Mighty Big Album
Steve Parkin's solo album is full of energy and although he wrote and recorded most of the songs with members of the band Eskimo Joe, it has a hint of eskimo joe in some songs but it is mostly a Steve Parkin solo album. My immediate favourite was 'Win When You Lose' also written with Kevin Mitchell. Steve Parkin gained stardom in the Basement Birds as the other person that made four in the group. But hopefully soon Steve Parkin will be thought of as Steve Parkin. I recommend buying the whole album, none of the songs are a let down, from the poppy 'In The City Tonight' to the calmer 'Starlight'. Great album Mr Parkin!
