Do some research before posting reviews... this is the Mentals - ACOUSTICALLY
Some people need to do some research before posting scathing reviews. YES this is Mental as Anything. YES these are Mentals songs. PLUCKED = acoustic. This is their release as part of the ACOUSTIC BLUE series of albums. If you doubt this, do a search and find out more about this series. They are the hits of various Australian bands and performers 'unplugged'. Sheesh. Whoever thought that by releasing acoustic versions of your own songs that you could be called a cover band? This is a great collection of their tracks that is great for chilling out to when you don't want the beat and noise of the original tracks. Great summer music!
Plucked, as in...acoustic guitars!
Some great (mostly acoustic) reinterpretations of some great classics. Great to hear these songs without that awful 80's drum sound.
Not the originals my friends
In the olden days they would release records with the same name , song and artist, as the originals. Looks like they think it's ok to do that again. Buy these at your peril , as they are pale imitations. Not sure what's going on here, but someone obviously doesn't have access to the original recordings and is offering these tracks. Don't waste your money.
