by Karen RoseHe still sounds like he's thumbing his nose at serious musos (take the perky electro-funk of Yeah Yeah Yeah La La La), but that doesn't mean these songs are any less passionate or storming - Ready For The Weekend's euphoric title track (and current single) surely has the chorus of the summer. He's made dance music that works wherever and whenever you hear it - at a house party, in the high street, in a nightclub having a 3am epiphany. Calvin Harris is your man for all these magic moments
