Get back in the studio, work with a range of producers then release a record!
While parts of this album are exceptional, the record as a whole fails to show any diversity or versatility. A majority of the tracks just reuse the same old J. R. Rotem beats over and over again. If Iyaz worked with a bigger and better range of producers, this album would of been a whole lot better than what it is right now! It seems as though it was rushed or sloppily done. Unfortunately, this is not the kind of record I could listen to more than once or twice. I can picture myself getting bored of this really quickly. Sorry guys! At this rate, it seems as though Iyaz will always be known as "that guy with the 'Relplay' song." One hit wonder if you ask me..
one hit wounder
Iyaz is nothing more than a one hit wounder like so many that have gone before him, this album is basicaly lolipop music, all autotuned and nothing new. The lyrics are uninspired and repeatative. honestly if you have heard 'Replay' then you have heard all that this guy has to offer
THIS ALBUM RULEZ
OKay this is a great album so stop complaining. he wasn't a one hit wonder, J.R.Rotem just probably ran out of ideas after giving them all to Jason Derulo.
I admit a little more creativity but all up excellent.
(Heartbeats chorus is really good...maybe with different style verses this could go UP)
