TWIST AND TURNS
Jet have made a massive turn with there style of music exeption of put ur money where ur mouth is they have gone bak to the past i still rate it a five it will entertain all audiences young old because of all the different styles of music throughout the album congrats jet
Jet vs the Beatles
Takes alot of influence from British bands, a splash of Oasis, The Beatles as well as classic Aussie sounds like AC/DC. Come On Come on is very similar to tracks on Get Born. Absolutely LOVE Holiday, "makes no difference what they say, we're goin on a holiday". Brilliant. Shine On is the new Look What You've Done. Kings Horses is very Beatles and has a real Eleanor Rigby feel to it while the picture booklet in the store version smacks of John Lennon, very mature and versatile album that illustrates their songwriting, vast musical talents with tracks sung by almost all the band members and showcasing their harmonising abilities. Get it, pure rock genius.
God Awful
It may just be me, but I prefer original work as opposed to mindless copies of legendary musicians. Your $18 would be better spent buying a classic work rather than the cliched leech that is Jet's Shine On.
