You Ripper, the boys are on song!
WOW....get this album.
If you want to feel like you can do anything, this is the music for you.
Pat's guitar riffs are brilliant.
Go the Spoon!
Solid rock&roll is not dead
This is the album I think we have all been waiting for from the boys. They've gone back to really rocking out with strong riffs of their early day but now the songs have a new sense of maturity to them that just shows that these boys are truely talented musicians. No intensive mixing required. Just straight up raw rock&roll!!
The Grinners Are Back
Nice to see the Grinners have gone back to some of their old dirty garage sound - obviously helped by the fact they were made to record the tracks live in the studio - it shows. I still don't understand why a song like Comeback is the first single though, it is probably the worst song on the album, and not a true reflection of the sound of the rest of the album. I recommend Dogs, Tonight and Right Now for some great tracks reminiscent of "old school" Grinspoon.
