Taking Time Out
I love this new album, I have seen Juzzie live at the markets in Byron Bay and also at the Gold Coast. He has the best sound and voice, absolutely love his music and his ability to play the other instruments as well. I also brought the first album at the Byron Bay markets Happy Daze and it is fantastic as well. Can't wait to see him again live....
Waltzing Matilda
Great version of an old favourite, who would have thought this could be our anthem
Blues meets Aural East Coast
This is the first record I have bought for such a long time, where I've played the record again, and again, and again. Juzzie gets into the grit, dirt and blues (e.g. Be Love), the aural and ethereal (Dreaming, Free As), and laid back hope/soul (Takin' Time Out). There's such a variety of emotion and soundscapes here. Basically I just love his guitar and voice. Can't wait for his next offering.
