Customer Reviews
I made a sore mistake!
I didn't really wish to review this album, except that a friend of mine insisted that many fine things can be discovered among the output from this source. Perhaps; but this ain't one of them. There are so many fine albums in even the lowest price bracket that this one is simply not in contention. Three different orchestras of varying quality; three different soundscapes; some adequate, the rest ... well. I guess we are not all equally insistent that it's one thing to have a local band provide the locals with cultural appurtenances, another to put this on an album and market it as "The Best of Wagner". So I made a mistake. But if it makes you sample this before buying, by sampling against almost any other album, then this "review" is maybe not useless after all.
